
If tuition and fees are collected in advance of entrance, and if after expiration of the 72 hour cancellation privilege the student does not enter school, not more than $100 in any administrative fees charged shall be retained by the school for the entire residence program or synchronous distance education course.Ĥ. (a) The last day of attendance, if the student is terminated by the school The effective date of termination for refund purposes will be the earliest of the following: Leaves of absence, suspensions and school holidays will not be counted as part of the scheduled class attendance.Ģ. Refund computations will be based on scheduled course time of class attendance through the last date of attendance. A refund will also be made to any student who cancels enrollment within the student’s first three scheduled class days, except that the school may retain not more than $100 in any administrative fees charged, as well as items of extra expense that are necessary for the portion of the program attended and stated separately on the enrollment agreement.ġ. After the application process and immediately preceding acceptance, the student has seven days to decide whether to enroll in the course and pay the initial tuition deposit.Ī refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within 72 hours (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) after the enrollment contract is signed. If at any time prior to acceptance the student decides to cancel his or her application, he or she may do so without any financial penalty whatsoever. Tuition payment in full, or payment arrangements with a partner lender for the entire balance, is required before attending class. If payment is made after seven days, readmission to the cohort will be allowed on a space-available basis, or a student may be deferred to a future cohort. If tuition deposit is not received within seven days, the student will be dropped from the cohort. There are no additional fees for application, registration, tuition, books, supplies, equipment, tutoring or graduation.Ī $450 seat deposit is required to be paid within seven days of acceptance. $11,900 (This number includes a seat deposit) However our space is open and available to students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excepting the days the school will be closed.

During lab periods, students are free to break as necessary.ĭevMountain office hours schedule is M-F from 9:00am-5:00pm. A one hour lunch break (generally from 12:30pm–1:30pm) is also afforded. During instruction periods, ten minute breaks are provided for every 50 minutes of instruction. Students are expected to attend each day of the entire cohort, and are required to be present from 9am–5pm Monday – Friday.
