When I use the palette I tend to use only the coppers or only the mauves.
This palette was marketed as being a mauve palette but once I started playing with it I noticed that there are just as many coppery brown shades as mauve. It’s frustrating trying to review a palette and needing to flip it adv lewat all the time to see the shade names! I associate names with the shades much easier when they’re printed beneath each pan. I’m thrilled that ColourPop finally took the hint and printed the shade names under each pan as well as on the back. I’m going to have a hard time keeping the white inside of the palette clean. The cardboard packaging is a pinkish white with “Give It To Me Straight” printed in rose gold on the front. The design of the palette is simple compared to some of the other palettes CP has come out with like the The lid has a magnetic closure and contains no mirror.
